The concept of Family Office appeared in the United States in the second half of the 19th century with large American families.
These structures, created and owned by family members, allowed them to control certain aspects of the management of their wealth.
As few families had a heritage justifying the creation of such a structure, some came together around a Multi Family Office. This notion is still relevant today.
Up to day, the term Family Office exists in two forms:
Single Family office – a structure intended to own and manage the assets of a single family as well as all the issues related to its ownership and transmission.
Multi Family Office – a structure working on behalf of several clients in the field of wealth management at an international level.
We have chosen this type of structure in order to meet the needs of all our customers.
